Brett is an associate at Duncan Spratt. Originally hailing from Arizona, Brett earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Colorado State University, and went on to earn his J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law. Prior to graduating, he was a summer associate at Duncan Spratt, where he had the opportunity to work on a variety of trust and estates matters.
