Amanda specializes in estate planning, probate and trust administration, and business succession planning. Her practice also encompasses the handling of various real estate matters that intersect with client estate planning or administration needs. Prior to joining Duncan Spratt, Amanda practiced real property law for ten years where she oversaw a diverse array of residential, construction, and commercial real estate matters. Prior to her career in real estate law, she practiced at Griffin Bell III, P.C. for two years and specialized in general and business litigation.
Amanda received her B.A., in Psychology, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University in 2005 and her J.D. from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, in 2010 where she received the CALI Award in Trusts and Estate Drafting.
